Safety and responsibility
This page is general education. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace the laws, licensing rules or professional training that apply where you live. Liberty Arms does not provide guidance on avoiding or bypassing legal requirements or eligibility rules.
Responsible conduct
Know the law
Find out which licensing, eligibility, storage and transport rules apply to you, and follow them.
Handle safely
Treat every firearm as loaded, keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, keep your finger off the trigger until ready, and be sure of your target and what is beyond it.
Store securely
Keep firearms and ammunition locked away and out of reach of children and unauthorised people.
Stay sober and trained
Never handle firearms while impaired, and seek qualified instruction from a recognised provider.
